Oceanfront Cottage 1 is a recently constructed oceanfront cottage with a large wrap-around double deck porch. The only separation between the cottage and the ocean are the dunes which provide a nice quiet atmosphere and privacy from the beach. Families love spending time together at this cottage on the ocean creating fond memories by the sea.

This air conditioned cottage has four bedrooms with one king, one queen, one double and two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms, a kitchen and an outdoor gas barbecue grill is available. Parking is provided for three cars and we have an outdoor heated pool on our site.

This cottage can accommodate up to eight people (including children).

If the party arrives with more people (including children of any age) than agreed to, the reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Rates do not include Maine state lodging tax.
