Reservations

Reservations are based on arrival & departure dates.

Confirmations will be emailed upon receipt of a deposit.

Deposits

Deposits for reservations are as follows:

$800 for The Studio

$2000 for the Oceanfront Cottages

Deposits must be received within seven days of making the reservation with the balance of the full reservation due by March 1st.

Deposits apply to the last night of the reservation and are held until 5pm of the scheduled date of arrival unless other arrangements have been made.

A cleaning/security deposit is required which is a $350 credit card hold to be released one week after the date of departure.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Traveler’s Checks, Money Orders.

Credit cards will be charged at the time of the reservation.

Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations forfeit all payments made.

There will be no refunds for early departure regardless of the reason including shorter stay, bad weather, illness etc.

Miscellaneous

Subletting accommodations is prohibited.

Advertised rates are for advanced reservations. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Accommodations are for registered guests only, day trippers or visitors are not allowed.

All Cottages have Wi-Fi on premises.

Our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas away from the rooms and decks.

Our properties have no pet accommodations.
